Our Story
Yin Ji Chang Fen started as a humble rice-roll stand in Guangzhou — the birthplace of chang fen. The Berkeley outpost brings the same technique: rice batter spread thin on cloth-lined steamers, filled and rolled by hand, served the moment they're done.
No shortcuts, no premade sheets. Every roll is made to order — that's why the line moves at the pace it does, and why it's worth the wait.
